“Matthew and his business Timeframe carried out a large external painting job on our strata building on Sydneys lower north shore earlier this year. The job ran for approximately 6 months. Through no fault of Matthews the job was not easy, we had many extended periods of heavy rain, and someone in a neighbouring building who lets just say, was particularly difficult. Throughout however Matthew and his staff always remained unfailingly polite and helpful. Matthew is a business owner who considers his reputation to be everything. Frequently he would go above and beyond in relation to customer service. I always knew that what ever issues or problems we might have Matthew would resolve them to our satisfaction. In a building where access is not easy, Timeframe were always exceedingly accomodating. Most days Matthew was on site himself.
