What is a Dulux Accredited Painter?

Becoming a Dulux Accredited Painter is an incredibly high honour as it requires the fulfilment of incredibly strict and rigorous recruitment criteria. To be accepted as a Dulux Accredited Painter is by invitation only and is offered only to painters that have professional painting licenses and public liability insurance, which is independently verified annually by Ebix Trade Motor.

What is the 5 Year Painters Workmanship Warranty?

To demonstrate the confidence Dulux has in the quality of their paint and the painters they choose as Dulux Accredited Painters, they offer a 5 year workmanship warranty. This means:

Timeframe Groupe guarantees that the coating system applied will not blister, flake or peel as a result of faulty surface preparation or application for at least five years
The Warranty benefits are in addition to other rights and remedies under any applicable law
Any disputes that arise regarding the Warranty are personal to the Painter and Customer
