Our accreditations are testament to the quality of service that we have provided to our customers over the last 20 years, and continue to provide on every single job we deliver. Master Builders Association (New South Wales)

We are proud to be a long-standing member of the Master Builders Association. Building with aMaster Builder gives you peace of mind that your builder or trade contractor is appropriately licensed and has the support of Master Builders, who provide members with access to practical training, advice and up-to-date information to help them raise their professional standards. To qualify for membership to the Master Builders Association, Timeframe Group is required to:

• Adhere to a Code of Fair Business Practice, focused on fair, ethical and equitable dealings with clients and other industry partners, as well as compliance with industry standards
• Adhere to the Code of Ethics, focused on suppling a high standard of work, in line with all relevant codes and legislation and dealing honestly and fairly with all clients
  
  

Master Painters Association (New South Wales)

Dulux Accredited Painter

To become a Dulux Accredited Painter, we had to satisfy Dulux’s stringent entry criteria. We had to demonstrate that:

• We work in a legal manner by ensuring all our painters have professional painting licenses and public liability insurance. These accreditations both had to be independently verified by the Ebix Trades Monitor
• We provide customers with a 5 Year Painter’s Workmanship Warranty for all our residential projects. Given the quality guidelines we place on all our projects, we are more than happy to ensure that our customers can rely on this sort of peace-of-mind
• We ensure that our brand, our people and our work adheres to the Dulux AccreditedPainter Program Charter of Values
  
  

Porter’s Paints Applicator’s Guild

The Applicator’s Guild is an association of professional painters who possess skill, knowledge and confidence in the application ofPorter’s Paints products, and are therefore acknowledged to be the industry experts. Timeframe Group is proud to count itself among its members. To become a member, we were required to:

• Completea two-day professional skills training course
• Complete three projects using Porter’s Paints to hone our application skills, and have the quality of our workmanship inspected to demonstrate competency and high standards of workmanship
• HoldPublic Liability Insurance

EnviroPainter

TFG is proud to call themselves an EnviroPainter. An initiative of the Master PaintersAssociation, an EnviroPainter must successfully complete training in (22002VIC)Sustainable Painting Practices. This training covers the principles of sustainable painting practices and how these can be applied to the painting and decorating industry while protecting and preserving the environment.

We can work with you to select low VOC and no VOC products that can deliver high-quality paints and safeguard your family and colleagues from the compounds that are released during the drying process when using normal paint. We also ensure that all our painting services, including the clean-up and disposal of unused paint, is completed in the most environmentally friendly manner possible.

Cabot’s and Intergrain Accreditation

If you need a timber decking built or restored, you can't go past Timeframe Group. Not only do we have master tradesman on hand, but we are also accredited to supply and use Intergrain and Cabots decking products.

Intergrain products have been specifically designed for Australian homes. They offer everything we are looking for in a finish – something that looks great, lasts forever and is created with respect for the environment. We also love how committed Intergrain are to innovation; they are continually improving their product line

Cabots is famous throughout the decking and timber coating industry, having been around since 1962. Their range of varnishes, clear finished, oils, paints, polishes and stains have become synonymous with quality and longevity. It is an honour to receive accreditation from this superior quality brand.
